Refund Policy
Please be aware to be eligible for a refund you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in an unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them in

Please note we DON’T offer refunds or returns on our handmade to order items (including our Human Apparel) so please ensure you check the size guide before purchasing. 

Please note we DO NOT offer refunds or returns on our SALE items, including our dog apparel
If an item has broken or is damaged we will NOT accept a return until we have been sent back the items (This applies to international and non-international orders) Prior to this we will be required to be provided with clear photographic evidence which you can email over to us on It's up to the customer to pay the postage for the items to be returned to us. We will NOT accept a return for a broken or damaged item if this is purposely caused. Please note NO item is indestructible & you should look after your products with care. The customer is responsible to check that the products are safe to use 

Returns Policy
  • Our Returns & Refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortuantely you cannot return any items. 
  • If you are hoping to return an item please head to our Contact Us page and message us with your name and order number. Please allow us 1-2 working days to get back to you. 
  • Once received your email, we will send you our returns address. Returns are paid by our customer. It is recommended
    that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items. 

Please note:  all packaging and swing tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned without packaging or tags will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organise to return the items to you at your cost


We do accept exchanges, as long as the item you want to exchange is still in stock. If you want to exchange your order, please head to our Contact Us page. The customer will have to pay the postage cost to send the item back to us, we will only accept your exchange if it fits our returns policy (see above). Once confirmed, the customer is responsible to cover the postage cost to get the item sent back out to them


Once we have received and inspected the package we will notify you if the return has been approved, and if so we will process the refunded directly to your payment card. Please allow this to take between 7-10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:

  1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs)
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card

Please note: at Cute Pooch all items are accessory items only, the makers assume no liability. The use of the products and the safety of the pet and the handler is completely at the purchaser and/or users discretion and responsibility. No accessory is indestructible and your pup should not be left unattended with these items.
